Refund and Returns Policy
At Trusted Reptiles, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because reptiles are live animals, we have specific policies in place to ensure their safety and your peace of mind.
š¦ Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that all reptiles shipped from Trusted Reptiles will arrive alive and healthy. If your reptile arrives deceased or in poor condition due to shipping, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence. In such cases, you will receive either:

A replacement reptile (when available), or

A full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
š Returns
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns once a reptile has been delivered. This policy protects the health and safety of the animals.
š³ Refunds (Non-Live Products)
For non-living products (supplies, accessories, etc.):

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
ā Situations Not Covered
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

The animal was left unattended upon delivery and exposed to unsafe conditions.

Incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout.

The reptileās health declines due to improper care after delivery.
